Once the size should be unconditionally 1 or more down... When measuring according to the method shown in the description, it was 12 based on left hand index and 10 I ordered 10 to use on my finger, it's a size that you'll never use on your finger, and it's too small for your left-zone index finger, so it's uncomfortable and hard to pull out... Fortunately, it's not very uncomfortable with the index finger of your right hand, so it's worth using.
Since there is a ring thickness, it seems uncomfortable to put the ring or stop in the right size. You need to use your index finger or little finger to avoid interference...
The heart rate sense comes out about 10 lower than the Galwatch, and I managed to draw a similar graph. If the sleep is also close, there is an error, but the measurement itself is good...

Steps and heart rate not far off from my Huawei watch fit, sleep accuracy however is always at least 1 hour off detection, and worst cases it'll only detect 2-3 hours of sleep even tho I slept 8. Battery life is great. All in all, I have it 5 stars cause you really can't expect more for the price!
The ring arrived fine, it looks good, it had to be charged first, but finally I paired the ring with the app on my phone and everything was fine. The numbering of the ring size doesn't fit, it's a little bigger, but at least it doesn't print, a number smaller than 12 would be enough for me, but otherwise I'm satisfied.
Super fast shipping, the package has arrived perfect and also intact. I am very happy with the ring, I use it on the left index finger, the app I use is the QRing, which is the one they recommend, I do not know if it is better than Colmi, because I have not tried it and I do not know if it is compatible with the Ring. I received it yesterday the 8th but I will not be able to go into more details for now because being recent I cannot go into a great assessment because it does not take a few days to adapt the ring to my lifestyle in order to give a final verdict. Very happy with the ring and I also recommend the seller. I hope they improve the app, in terms of design so that it is more beautiful and similar to those of the iPhone in terms of design.
